Polisena Farm is the ideal place to celebrate your most important day in a sustainable way. Here you will find simplicity combined with refinement and attention to detail, immersed in a rural and natural setting.
The facility, supplied by renewable energy sources, will welcome you in the large dining room with a fireplace, exposed beams, and large windows overlooking the vineyards, in the small rooms with original 18th-century vaults, or in the veranda overlooking the panoramic terrace. Our family and the dining and kitchen staff will welcome you and your guests, accompanying you with professionalism and kindness.
THE MENU AND SERVICES.
The vegetarian and vegan dishes you can choose from to compose your menu are designed by Chef Francesco Locatelli, using raw materials produced by us or by local farmers whose work we value. The dishes will be full expression of seasonality, so they will vary according to the month in which you celebrate your wedding.
The reception begins with a welcoming aperitif set up in the outdoor spaces overlooking the vineyards and in the panoramic rooms, continuing with the menu of your choice served at the table and, to finish, the wedding cake and dessert buffet. The dishes of your banquet will be accompanied by the organic wines produced by our farm Tosca. The wine and other products from our farm can also be personalized on the label with your chosen graphics to become the perfect gift for your guests.
You can also reserve our five rooms for your guests. If there is no or limited availability, we can recommend other facilities nearby.
Because of our very philosophy of environmental sustainability, we ask you to think about the use of plastic and non-recyclable materials during the celebration, inviting you to find (and possibly available to recommend) an environmentally friendly alternative to balloons, gadgets, decorations, or for your wedding favors.

Wedding stationery
We are always happy to recommend creatives and artisans we esteem and have worked with. To take care of the stationery for your wedding, we recommend the very talented Gioia from Details of Paper, who has already been chosen by many couples who have celebrated at our farmhouse, and with whom we have started a collaboration for the menus and table markers that will decorate your table.
Flower Design
When she began her work as a flower designer, Roberta, aka OPI Illi, immediately noticed how wasteful the world of floristry is, particularly when it comes to the setting up of events. That is why, over the years, she has developed the decision to use only potted plants, fresh fruit, vegetables and dried flowers for the events she curates, leaving cut flowers only for the bouquets and accessories of the bride and groom and guests. The goal is to set up a space at the end of the event where guests can freely choose from the plants, flowers, fruits, and vegetables used for the event to take home, minimizing waste and, at the same time, taking home a memento of the special day spent together. We wholeheartedly recommend Roberta because, in addition to greatly appreciating her simple and original style, we share this brave and countercultural choice of hers, especially among flower designers who deal with arrangements.
