Cecina, radicchio salad and Valtellina apple
Cream of fennel and ginger. Almond heart and fresh spring onion
Carnaroli rice from the “Riserva di San Massimo” whipped with baby carrot, asparagus and broad beans
Portobello mushroom cooked in Milanese style, field herbs and lemon mayonnaise
Romanesco artichoke in green. Stuffed with peas and mint. Served on asparagus and wild rocket sauce
